Montage also allows you to add a common background texture, color, photograph (using photo layers) and other elements such as lighting and surface maps to the composition.

Use the Montage Clone Tool to make exact copies of the edge with the image inside it. Move the edge and the photo moves with it. Transform the image inside the edge to give a new crop and look to the comosition.

If you are working with a single image Montage lets you make the photo look like several different shots by transforming and placing the phot inside different edges.

Montage is a fun effect that allows you to combine different edges and images together in a single edged composiiton. Take 5 photos, for example, and apply them into different edges using Montage.
