Smudged Edge includes Effect and Photo Transformation tools to adjust the effects using dynamic lossless transformation.

The Clone edge tool lets you copy and add to the edge effect to reshape it.

A final touch to the example image is done using the smudge brush to give a streaking appearance which is blended slightly inward over the image in the face an on the outer borders.

Smudged Edge is used to brush over an edge to blend and smooth the edges to give a smudged appearance. There are many times when you will find a perfect edge that is too sharp for the type of photo you are using. With Smudged Edge you can selectively blend, smooth and smudge the edges in any direction using the smudge brush.
