4 x 5 Film Frame

4 x 5 Film Frame is an easy to use effect that lets you accurately reproduce a photo-realistic 4 x 5 film frame around your photos.

Create compositions with multiple frames and make each frame slightly different. Change the exposure numbers, film brand, batch numbers and other options for each frame.

4 x 5 lets you create as many frames as you want and then load in different photos with a single click of the mouse.

You have complete control over the way the frame looks. Customize the look of the frame to fit your design. Add spotlight shading and translucent shadows to create a realistic appearance.

4 x 5 shading gives the frame translucent depth shading so the light shines through the photo in the frame to cast soft projections of the image as part of the shadow.

Use the 4 x 5 clone effect feature to make translucent copies of each 4 x 5 and then spread them out in a creative pattern. Notice in the sample above how the translucent film and shadows blend together and mix like they would in real life.

Use the 4 x 5 Negative feature to give ordinary images a fresh new look. Show the background image behind the negative for a surrealistic effect.
